Installation

Using the schedules and drawings from the design stage, whether these have been generated by Concise Controls or a third party, the physical implementation of the controls and the infrastructure is scheduled to take place. Once complete, the overall system is nearing completion and is almost ready to monitor and drive the system.

This phase relies on good co-operation between the many trades necessary for the completion of a major building project. The schedules created during the design phase will detail the implementation phasing to ensure the correct components are installed according to the project plan.

We liaise with all third-parties to ensure installation occurs within the project plan, particularly the Project Managers and the M&E installation contractors to ensure inline equipment is on site, ready for installation at the various phases of major plant installation.

The electrical and network installation is equally as important and we ensure that the Project Manager is aware of the electrical requirements - from motive power single phase and 3-phase 240/400v circuits (ELV) through to low voltage signal and control circuits.

Effective and proper planning, communication and liaison ensures that most installations occur without a problem. Where unforeseen issues do occur, these are mostly resolved expediently and with minimal disruption as the system is fully understood by our engineers and they are able to make decisions quickly and with authority.
