Commissioning

Commissioning the project is the phase where attention to detail is paramount for the overall success of the complete installation. A full understanding of the complete system is required to ensure that all components operate according to the design intent.

The commissioning engineer needs to understand the design thresholds, the trigger points that activate the valves and actuators and how all of these elements relate to the complete M&E installation.

Commissioning is the second most important part after design. The engineer will pay close attention to the parameters of all configurable parts and will work closely with the air and water balancing engineers to ensure commissioned systems are working as designed.

Our commissioning service is available irrespective on whether Concise Controls was involved with the earlier phases of the project. We are happy to sub-contract or commission systems where required.
